Gillis Naturals is a small scale gourmet mushroom farm located in Bonavista, Newfoundland, Canada.

Our product range includes fresh micro-farm cultivated gourmet mushroom varietals, locally foraged seasonal mushrooms as well as artisan fermented products using traditional and contemporary techniques and local ingredients.
